88, I'm not sure if the "Rant" was an expression of your thoughts or posted from another thread for some other reason. But,

If you own a retail store, it isn't hard to figure out who your customer is. He's the one that gives you money. OTOH, if you own a TV channel, who is your customer, the ones with the money or the viewers?

What customer do you bend over backwards to satisfy?
