Why not with NOK? They seem to believe in each other.

They do seem to be quite pleased with each other. I wouldn't be surprised to see their relationship expanded publicly in the near future.

As for ASIC production, I know IDCC used Texas Instruments to produce their B-CDMA ASIC - which I have been told was the foundation for their WCDMA "system on a chip."

From their conference calls, IDCC has stated they were looking for a major chip company. An announcement as to who that partner is could come any day.

Where are QCOM's plans for a WCDMA ASIC?
