Wcom may be in a better position than 99 but the market sentiment is now very different.
The swings of 4,5,6% a day is a bit unnerving to say the least, and the bigger swings are on the down side.
I read today that Will Rogers once said "Only buy when the market is going up."Sounds like good advice.

El,
I tend to stay away from the SI threads for days so I probably missed a lot of your other messages explaining why you think WCOM should be moving up based on TA. I find it very frustrating though that this stock goes nowhere even on strong days like yesterday. That leads me to believe that there is more to it than the FON deal. I will keep the shares that I bought back until a decision is taken, but will not hesitate to sell unless the reaction is a positive one.
Do you know when the DOJ is scheduled to do this?.
