Like Stefaan said, for the CLL. I like CLL quite a lot and even ponied up some bucks to buy it when it was 50 so buying it for 30's (current price) seems like a better deal. Fabulous moderate-risk pipeline and IP IMO. Buying it via the CIST discount is even better:

Before the deal MM asked me what I thought of CIST and I think I said something like it looked like it had nice IP but no cash and hence crater-bait. As long as the deal goes through, I'm in. Peter warned me about do it yourself arbitrage (CEGE valuation) but do I listen?

Current valuation discounts the deal with CLL, but volume has been pretty low. I've heard nothing to suggest the deal is off, but I haven't got my shiny new CLL shares either yet.
