"IDCC claims they will receive royalties on all CDMA2000
handsets (bi-modal or not). And HDR as well."

IMT2000 (an ITU standard defining five sets of alternative specifications) == cdma2000 (a QCOM controlled standard)???

Can you elaborate?

From your Neopoint link sec.gov.

We believe that CDMA technology is proprietary to and available only from QUALCOMM.

Why don't you call QCOM investor relations for their take?

Stop and think for a second. IDCC is about a $1B market cap. If they had anything of value to QCOM, MOT, ERICY, or NOK for that matter, don't you think one of them would have acquired IDCC by now? For years it traded around $5/sh. No one wanted it then and no one wants it now.

give it up!

Why don't you tell IDCC to take the matter to court and try to get the court to believe them. Because that's what it will take. You can may be get a contract from IDCC to do PR work for them. In short order, the court will put them where they belong: out!.. and you will be left trying to get paid for the PR work you do for them. Incidentally, this is the NOK thread. Tell me some good news on NOK. Or bad news for that matter, so the NOK investors can be prepared for whatever they need to do.
