MIke, I have experience that type of treatment in the US. Admittedly, most of my stays in the UK are in hotels that may be one level or more below a Marriott. I guess my pet peeve has been about the indifference the serving staff has for providing service. Sunny

Gemstar Survey I realize the second survey has been in effect for less than 24 hours, but I'm concerned that I'm getting a LOT more responses from people who didn't participate in the survey five months ago than from those who did. If the growth of the folder is the cause of that, it's great! I hope it's not that the people who submitted their opinions in the first survey have become complacent about submitting in the new survey. Just a reminder ... Please, don't clutter the folder.
