Shipments are forecast at 182M with Samsung accounting for more than 1/2 the total. This does not include the controllers just the RDRAM.

I'm just watching the trends. The current trends are good. If nothing else, RMBS is going to continue to be one mother of a volatile stock, IMHO. Lots of money can be made on volatile stocks.
