RE: Market Timing Mike, the summation index is lets say a math summation of the advances and declines in an index and is a technical analysis tool to keep one in a trend. I do have QCOM but not EMC (have NTAP instead) so you are own your own :o). For what its worth for the 3 year period: --------------LTB&H----------------TIMING EMC------------1216%----------------418% QCOM-----------1401%----------------273% There have been many other good comments from others and yes LTB&H is just another timing model and dont get caught in the wrong market or too close to retirement because the long part is gone in LTB&H. BTW with QCOM going straight up last year all of those gains were in 1999. You just cant time or AIM a stock like that. Larry G
