One minor quibble with the article cited - with respect to tax on internet sales, it suggests that profits from internet sales are not subject to income tax:

"Why have a brick and click strategy and subject your company to full taxation when you can spin off your "e" business and shelter all e-generated profits from taxation?"

That's wrong. The taxes that are not levied are sales taxes. If we could shelter profits from internet sales from income taxes, everyone in the world would do business solely on the internet.<g>
