<<Merger of MVEE with Landau's company. This was previous mentioned on Peacock's web page so I'd guess it's true.>> Message 13714441

If MVEE merges with Landau's company, will MVEE go PRIVATE?

Remember that this is at least Landau's second company.

REMEMBER THIS:

Martin Landau also started a movie company in 1996 called Silver Street (http://www.filmscouts.com/zzvmisc/cannes96/mar-lan.mov ).

"He now has his own production company, Silver Street, backed by enough money to ensure several films a year get made."

sunmedia.ca

I wonder what happened to that company.

Leroyt why are you trying to have a discussion on the fact thread?

As far as a merger without asking all shareholders to vote, I think if you are right about the director owning most of the stock, MVEE should have at least informed the other shareholders in a news release. Instead of in a Variety.com news article that most people don't even follow.

Until I hear an official announcement from MVEE, I'm just going to assume that the writer misspoke when using the word "merged."

Where is the 8K filing?
