CSCO is a blotted piggy, and has to continually acquire companies to keep it's earnings growth. So they are paying a premieum for the companies they aquire, while also diluting it's stock. We will see what the what comes of the pooling of interest. To see the effect look at the good will in the filings....

Mephisto, I think you will need some serious thinking to do about going back to school, and take some accounting classes before investing again <GGG>
