Eric L: Appreciate responses from both you and calypso re Gates/Microsoft and smart cards. Gates is clearly trying to wrap a mantle of some sort around MSFT and smart cards. Just wondered if there was any fire for the smoke. My conscience was bothering me about always requesting stuff from you. Especially since I don't wish to distract from you fine work on the Nokia and Q 500 threads. The site you found on GPRS and CDMA and all the rest is first class. Very helpful to my understanding - which I keep working on despite heavy odds. :-) Best. Chaz
