He was lucky this time but unless he cleans up his act I think he may be in far more trouble down the line. Will be interesting to see if he continues to try to dance on the edge of a razor by continuing to tempt the SEC to go after him for his short sale tactics. 4 months prison and another 4 months home confinement is not bad for "only" the mail fraud charges. Lets see if after 8 months he can avoid violating his parole terms...

Sounds like he got off easy... to me... I'll bet if I had done the same thing, I'd be in prison for 5+ years! The question I have is... If the Internet had laws similar to the Post Office, would any laws be broken there too? (That's an "IF")... Thank you, Joe
