Home confinement? His supporter forgot to mention that.

Some think he got off easy. I don't know about that.
It was an old case. It was only one count of fraud. It was a first offense. He paid back the money.
He surely had VOLUMES of things supporting him. You know all the things his supporters bring out about good deeds, helping the government, etc. Tony is always talking about all that he has done for the government.

Considering all this, I think there must have been some things the judge heard about that counteracted all of Tony's good deeds.

I wonder what they were? I guess all of that is public record. Might make for interesting reading.

sorry GTR, no parole in Fed system

and since he got ordered home confinement, its very unlikely he'll go to 'camp.' Halfway house, home confinement, then a year or two of supervised release.

and the only way he can be kept from running his busness is if the Judgement orders it so. His probation officer is very limited as to what restrictions can be placed on him regarding his EXISTING business
