Haven't seen my favorite boxer mentioned yet.

Kostya Tsyzu (SP?)

Fast and strong and stays busy. And he is likeable kinda guy.

Also, I agree with your opinion of Tua. Wouldn't want to get hit with one of his body shots.

LPS5,

you underrate andrew golota! but i have a feeling neither of us would be swayed from our current opinions of him. if i read you correctly (and god knows i sometimes miss the point!), you have golota labeled a quitter.

i say he dominated riddick bowe, how many times? three times? he dominated grant. he got smacked by lewis, but i'm tossing that out <g3>.

for you to lump golota in with norris ("he'll beat the Norris', the Golotas, maybe even the Rahmans") is a shame, imo. let me put it this way. using your numbers, if roy jones jr. gets up to 200 lbs, and goes in against a 245lb (that right?) golota.... i put my money on the big man, no question about it.

but that's the beauty of the fight game, isn't it? we each have our favorites.

one more thought on golota. time will tell. either he reins it all in and finds the discipline (and probably that involves the management, too) to chalk up convincing, uncontroversial victories, or he does get relegated to the norris ranks!

:)
