The evolving area is whether a person or group that makes money with selective leaking of information before posting or publishing falls within the area of SEC enforcement. My feeling is that the SEC is gradually becoming educated in this area.

Groups of shorts (and longs) who work together to drive a stock may be manipulating (as defined under the various acts and regulations thereunder) and will not be protected by "freedom of speech." The concept of "creating volume" is something of which the SEC is aware. All these things come together when you have front-running and scalping of followers on these boards.

It's an exciting time.
