I don't know if people realize the resource we have in Tom via a PM. The sad fact is most wont realize it until he's gone. I hope it doesn't come to that.

good points about $/account. DWA is a business and if there were no $ benefit to them (somewhere, somehow) to offer the lower cost service, I doubt they would do it. I think your lowball estimate of users is very, very low. Don't misunderstand me however, TD and company are very, very generous w/ their time and highly appreciated, but there has to be a bottom line benefit. however, I think it takes a lot of effort for TD to participate here. (and, again, highly appreciated)
