>Not acceptable for a daytrading broker. - Sir F

Sir F, what I was told was that because CyberXchange goes to ECN's first and Island first of them, it was getting hung up on Island. That after they posted that Island was not available.

Now, THIS is what I find absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE - when you call in and - finally - get a broker on the phone to close a position, THEY MUST PUT YOU ON HOLD AND LEAVE THEIR POSITION TO GO TO A "TRADING TERMANIAL" TO DO THE TRADE!

Just what the H do they think we need them for except to get out of someting in a hurry!!!

Also, they took me out at "market" - after about 3-4 mins - WELL BELOW the lowest the stock had traded for the period. Was told that this was the best they could get.

What happened to "market" being at the bid/ask at the time of trade?

The broker you have on the phone having to put you on hold and leave their position to make your trade is a total lack of Cyber spending the money to give each broker a trading terminal -

THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! And I would like an answer here as to what Cyber intends to do about it.

Morgan:

I'm not a Cyber customer. However, everyone should be aware that there were some major problems at ISLD today. I know of a friend with accounts at four different direct access firms and he said that none of them were working properly with ISLD.

Anyway, sorry for the intrusion. No comments on the other problems you mentioned. I just wanted to make this one clarification regarding the trouble at ISLD today. Definitely not an isolated event that can be blamed on a single direct access firm.

Good luck,
-Eric
