ERASE WIN386.SWP ...

I erase the Windows swap file as part of my clean-up. This file could contain sensitive data I'd wish to keep private; it could be quite fragmented and a new copy could be continuous; Windows is forced to create a fresh copy, possibly without 'crap' in it.

I also use the clean-up before backing-up my system and I don't want a large, useless file archived, though most backup software is smart enough not to store this puppy.
