Lorne - No insult intended but your starting to sound like that Tromp person from the Aber thread. Yes, WSP filed the suit. You are only half right on the fault though. Judge Shaw dismissed the suit based on his opinion that both parties committed the same error. Reading the web sites you only get very selective outtakes from the decision which makes them pretty much meaningless.

Also, 30 days have past. I haven't heard anything on the $4M. The decision clearly stated that Aber had to pay the $4M to retain their 32% interest. What's up?
