Only if the capacity brought on line will cause oversupply. Prices and margins can fall dramatically in memory lane. Remember last year in DRAMs, when the market was flooded. ASP fell all the way to between $3 to $4 before finally recovering now to around $6.5. It might be interesting to estimate how much new capacity AMD's and INTC expansion plans are going to bring.

Flash Shortage Gets Worse

Intel's 820 chipset problems have created an emergency shortage for lower capacity flash. It looks like FLSH and SSTI's realm here, but it can't help but to also affect Sandisk's realm indirectly. May send the price for flash even higher than now. = More $$$ margins and profit or Sandisk.
