kilo - quick question - are Novell SEs working closer with Novell Consulting in fulfilling the customer needs? I mean IMHO SEs (who do the selling) and Consultants need to be working together as members of the same "team" not in parallel with intersecting points of reference.

This is the perception I have of the "sales" people and the "consultants" Novell employs. I could be wrong - things may be different now but I still can't tell.

Hello Kilo_watt:

The more we hear about NOVL's historic marketing and sales efforts the more encouraged I become for the future.

NOVL's product development teams, engineering prowess, and programming capabilities really must be superb to have been able to overcome the lack of sales direction and focus.

I can see why they have won some many awards. Its the only results they could celebrate.

I had a chance to visit www.occams-razor.com.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Don T.
