Troy,

Thanks for your response. I think Solv-Ex would be crazy to appeal this case. I have learned a lot about the law in following this stock, and although I don't necessarily agree with the law, it is the law, and everyone (except the Clintons) have to follow it. I have no argument with the decision whatsoever. I was never mislead by Rendall, but having a degree in chemical engineering, I knew the risk up front. But looking at it from the same perspective as a person who doesn't have the same technical knowledge, I have to agree the judge was correct in his assessment.

I still believe that the Solv-Ex technology has a decent chance to succeed. Rendall and Campbell have to watch their P's and Q's in the future, but if they are what they said they are, they won't be affected by the shorts at all; it is only the people who were forced out of margin positions who will have a complaint about them. I know you don't care for Solv-Ex, but I believe that you are one of the few who are anti-Solv-Ex who have some credibility in what they say. Solv-Ex is not going to make me or break me, but I am sticking with it.

Regards,

Mark
