MrGreenJeans, I think that plan No.1 is PCS. When merger will be completed,a lot of money will be invested there.
They are "thinking" about Orange as well.
Airtouch was the best partner for WCOM in my opinion,unfortunately....lost.
Nextel, they don't have too many permits.
Vodafone is a dream....but too expensive.
At first FON deal must be close.
