Yacht,Would I be right in assuming that a telecom would be considered insane for not laying as much new capacity as possible over the last few years with gdp growth at 6%? If there is a serious slowdown in gdp growth can a telecom easily slow down its own growth in capacity to match the slow down in demand that would accompany a recession? I think the answer to the last question is no.Am I wrong,and if so WHY? yours chinton
