You answered your own question:

TCI owns 39%.

When Att bought TCI they got the 39%. Then through various trick ot treats they got that up to 54% while

Comcast owns 12%

was chiseled down to 5% and

Cox owns 12%

down to 5% while

KPCB owns 5%.

unloaded their inflated paper to Att to push Att up to 59% to leave them with 1%

IPO: 7/97, 9M shs. @ $10.50

but gap opened up around 19.

Then they had

Public Offering 8/98, 2.5M shares @ $46.125 by Merrill Lynch.

because Jermo needed the money to buy another loser.

(As of 12/99) LT debt :$91.2M in leases, $736.3M @ 4%. 6/99, 2-for-1 stk. split.

There has been about 120 million shares of worthless delusion, but isn't it better to delude when you aren't making any money?
