<<But, if it were to happen, would you consider it positive?>>

I'd have to see the details to determine whether or not it is a good idea.

The reason there are so many different producers is because they want to make the movies that they want to make without compromise.

Why merge with Silver Street? We already have a good working relationship with Firestorm without a merger. Isn't Landau on the board of MVEE? Why would MVEE need to merge with Silver Street?

I would need more details before I could determine whether or not it was a positive thing.

Remember EINI? EINI recently lost a law suit with their industry leader for allegedly copying their work and offering it as their own. If MVEE does merge with another company, lets hope that company has more ethical people running it than those at MVEE's last merger attempt.

I read about MVEE's 8-K filing on PennyPI.com last week. It seems that the old auditors did not like something they saw so they gave a qualified opinion. MVEE did not like it so they hired another auditor to say that a qualified opinion could not be given under certain circumstances. The only thing is that there is no proof that the qualified opinion was given for the reasons stated in the 8-K filing. Those certain circumstances may not even apply in MVEE's case in reality.

Is this a case of an ethical auditor getting terminated because his ethics are too high for MVEE? Oh well, we'll see. One thing is for sure. These are the auditors that could not keep MVEE from going to the Pink Sheets.

Still no filing on the so called merger between Silver Street and MVEE that was reported in the veriety.com news article.
