My guess is that there aren't too many institutional investors in here to begin with. market cap is only about $100MM and management is less than forthcoming. Robert is right. This is a long term situation where the operating results can only improve over time. It makes sense that we have seen most of the dillution. Now if we can keep management from putting its foot in its mouth going forward and get them to develop a professional investor relations staff we should be ok.

This example of poor accounting is just another indication of inept management and gives investors a little more food for thought. I bought in to VARL in the mid twenties because of its great revenue growth. Since then, I've become more and more suspect of management's ability to execute. Why don't these great scientists hire capable business people to run the business for them before they botch the whole operation up?
