"Somehow, there should be a way for serious investors to communicate in an open fashion without someone pooping on their effort."

That's it in a nutshell.

Tom - thanks for your post. There have been many times when I have seen Kis post things that I consider obnoxious - but I have also read posts of his that I consider of value (yes, it's true). I think that many of his criticisms of the insider practices at many internet companies are very accurate. He is a contrarion - and gives a new definition to hyperbole. But in truth, he is harmless.

Yesterday, I saw a series of posts on this thread where William and Kis were disagreeing over the invesment acumen of one Saudi Prince. It almost appeared as though the two were provoking each other. Then the sparring came to a sudden end with Kis being banned - no warning, no explanation given. To me this unfair.

This thread would do well by establishing fair and open guidelines - it would also do well to welcome contrarion opinions (even when they are a bit brash).

Thanks,
-Eric
