This is news to me. I received nothing and I am very careful about reading all my financial letters. What is it with these guys? Who holds an annual meeting without announcing it, and why, except some to cover something up.

This addendum to my SEC correspondence will be more powerful than my original complaint.

All I can figure is that you are not a shareholder. The 'notice of annual and special meeting of shareholders' is dated the 14th day of April, 2000 and I received it a couple of weeks ago. If you are on record as a shareholder, the thing gets mailed out to you.....yeah, you too Jim. 'E' , you really should find another hobby, (or a stock that you like), and take a hike. You are not doing anyone....other shareholders, the company, or yourself, any favours with this ridiculous smear campaign against the company's management.
Jim, you recently posted that (paraphrased) a recent NR may have 'blindsided' investors, and destroyed optimism (faith) in the company. What the hell would a potential investor think after reading this thread???? It's packed with allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, and incompetence. 'E' is probably responsible for 65% of the 4000 posts on this board, and most of them are laden with negative criticisms. I've never been one to support the idea of hyping stocks on the net, but why anyone would supposedly take a position in a company and proceed to criticize (BASH) it's management for literally YEARS,,,,is truly beyond me. My message to any one who might behave in this manner would be GET A LIFE, IT'S TIME TO MOVE OUT OF MOM'S BASEMENT,!!!!!!!!!!!
ps. thanks for the reference to 'smoking guns'. I'm a big Eastwood fan...fist full of dollars, hang 'em high, the good the bad and the ugly, etc...that always makes me smile. 'E', go buy some MSFT, at least you 'll have a bigger audience, and there's lots of reason to bitch over there. Best to you, of course, tj.
