Raymond - I ran across the Tolly website at the Network World Fusion website. I forwarded a copy of the NVXE/Lucent "announcement", re: Lucent NPS testing the New Visual - New Wheel VDSL technology (51Mbps > 8500-15,000'), to Kevin Tolly. I don't know the test houses well at all, but I find it interesting that you mention Tolly. Can you enlighten me, someone who is admittedly not in the loop on test houses, as to what you think of Lucent NetworkCare vs. Tolly vs. Telcordia?
