Maybe it lies in the exact definition, but what do you mean no one uses concrete anymore?

I'm getting a bit of a run-around response from the general contractor on it and am starting to look into independent opinion. Interesting to see an opinion right off that says "unacceptable", though. Contractors suck (rude generalization, present company excepted and all that). You have to fight them all the way.
