Eric, I lost my first post going to get another post so will make shorter. The rules of the thread are by the title and here is a quote: "I told you so" more than a couple times a year, harassment, personal attacks, detraction, misrepresentation of others' positions, sniping, irresponsible agendas, vendettas, reckless ranting, undefended extremism or conspiracy theory, self-promotion, etc." This is a quote from KIS's post: "I'm saying you're a hypocrite, and the entire reason you started this thread is so you can silence people who disagree with you, or more often, humiliate you. The post cannot be more personal than that. You asked about a warning. See this post. "Kis, you're wasting our time."Message 13720786 Now this post is a warning: "No one has been excluded here, Kis, but you're angling to be the first."Message 13721237 Another personal attack by KIS: "So why didn't YOU wait 15 minutes, and think, before starting your post? Couldn't resist the natural tendancy for a knee jerk response before you even thought about what you were saying and then were forced to edit it?" Now in the rules "distractions" is listed. KIS was told he was distracting the thread. Then he was told he may be the first to be removed. KIS violated a good part of the rules already with distractions, personal attacks and sniping. A warning was givien. Possibly William could use improved thread management skills. None of us are perfect. The real issue that occurred was that KIS persoanlly attacked William, sniped at William, used name calling on William and borderline "undefended extremism or conspiracy theories." KIS was told he was distracting the thread. He may be the first to be removed but KIS continued regardless using personal attacks. KIS was way out of line and that does not mean to imply William was perfect but his point was focus on the market and asked KIS to do the same. See this: " Buy them, KIS. Make some money. They're very good choices. Don't clutter up this thread with conspiracy theory.:Message 13720716 KIS of course did not have to agree with William in that these were stocks KIS should buy. However, William during busy market hours, gave KIS some positive feedback, told KIS he was distracting and gave him a warning. Should William have taken the time to PM KIS too to tell him he was breaking the rules or might one assume KIS can read? There are always two sides to every story and there is the correct/true side. I never want to state anyone did something perfectly or not but KIS could have dropped the subject and moved on without personal attacks. William sure tried to to that in his posts. That is my point. Glenn PS Thank you for listening.
