Actually, it's called "Influenced Vegetable Stew" on pg 213 of The Enchanted Broccoli Forest. (Pronounced "far-wrist.")

She says,

...similar to a Greek "stifado;" but meatless, and containing more vegetables...

(Which I think is the same as "but not really.")

Serve with:

Tsatsiki (cucumber salad),
and Greek Olives,
a Crusty Bread,
and Amaretto Cheesecake

Yum, yum, yum, and yum.

I think the secret is the cinnamun-y sauce.
