Hi folks, I mostly lurk here. My handle on all other boards is HandsOff but use my name on SI. I am a computer programmer by profession but quit last June to try investing full time. Was doing great until 3/6/00 when things started to fall apart. I am mostly LTBH, invest only in technology and subscribe to Gilder. Now looking into 5/8 MA as discussed here but having a hard time getting clean signals with Qcharts. Just switched to EMA - which I asked about in my earlier posts - but even harder to see the cross. I asked for the Qfeed documentation to see if I can do something myself with the raw data but it will take time. My wife is Swiss, we speak French at home and I have a 9 year old daughter and a 19 year old son. Everyone but me is Swiss and they all prefer Geneva to America. Graduated Oregon State University with MBA - but have been programming most of my professional career. Enjoy cooking, fitness and skiing. PS If I can't make it in the stock market my wife is taking me back to Geneva where she will work and I will cook and clean. I may need some serious help. <g> Marshall
