One would not dare dream of thinking that the fault may lay with investors.
It is the investors who have continually ignored his warnings and promises of further rate hikes to cool the economy.

Anyway,The Fed,and it is not just AG but a group regional governors who decide by voting, has the power only to influence interest rates. It is only banks that get money from it, if they need it.The intrest WE pay is decided by the market. There is no obligation making the banks and other lenders raise rates to their costumers inline with the fed. After all the money the banks lend comes from its investors and depositers. The fed is not there to give us money just because we want it.And any way why do we need it if the economy is going so well?
