John,
That is what I heard. My post could have elaborated a bit. The facts are there. Ram

Some points that could be important to VLNC investing. The street may not fully appreciate them now.

Sales and Revenues
The main source of revenue is batteries from NI plant (cell phones, PDA's, laptop PC) Additional sources are:
(1) as a low cost producer of the Li laminate, VLNC will supply laminate to everyone. This market is huge. The margin may be huge too.
(2) Hanil JV
(3) Alliant JV
(4) Licensing -
has started looking into this: raw materials. With little effort, VLNC can execute this. Curious about QCOM's potential licensing of VLNC battery technology. Details were not clear.

Environmental Impact of Battery Disposal
Personally I have known the use of environmental benefits to sell a license, especially in Europe and Japan where there is not much dumping ground for Heavy metals. VLNC should take advantage of this.

Stock Price
Lev and VLNC are worried more about customers and the battery quality. Customers come first, investors come last. Longs need to understand this, although it was frustrating at times. The revenue ramp up to $250Million in 2001 is real. (Our early retirement plans are still in tact. <g>) Ram
