<Not sure what you mean about the US Patent office disagreeing with me. Celera has no patents on the gene sequence issued as yet. Zero, zip, niente, nada, rien> Like I said Celera is WAY behind the curve, they're a marketing machine, although I know they have a bunch pending, and based on other gene patents, I'm sure they'll have plenty if indeed they don't already. Here's what I mean about the patent office disagreeing with you: Message 13467838 <(i) has 415 full length gene patents> This info is also in many press releases, you may also want to check this out, a wealth of info right on INCY's own website: incyte.com They raised $25 bucks a share @ $212, now trading in the 60's, you may want to pick some up after you read all this.
