Excuuuuse me Mr Scharf, I will not even give you the time of day after that accusation. You are right this is not Yahoo jerk. Research ALA a little better and you will find your answer.

As a 4 year charter member of SI with over 15000 posts and a totally clean record, I do not need rules explained.

Suggest you do a little DD on ALA. ALA still owns approx. 25% of Alstom.

Alstom was formerly a 50-50 joint venture between GEC (now Marconi) and Alcatel Alsthom. Spun off in 97. May not be applicable to telecom, but then Alcatel is not a pure telco.
equipment play yet. Alcatel continues to be a major supplier
to Alstom through its SEL Division.
