Sure, the trend in "law enforcement" is "overwhelming force", like when then burned people alive in Philadelphia (and several square blocks), and helped to burn children alive in Waco, and then there is the infamous Weaver case and others, and the beat (or should I say beatings) goes on..... Yogi
