More of that, and they might have made a few bucks. LOL Remember the filing where they mentioned Dorian had "loaned" Jeanette some of his personal shares to hold the deal? Well, the deal fell through. Did she return the shares? She wouldn't have ... sold them, would she? If so, Dorian would have to accept money in lieu of the return of his shares. And he would have effectively sold shares w/o a 144 filing. Nahhh, that would be illegal, they'd never do that. ...Mezz -
