Thomas, the JDSU Chairman and CEO, Kevin Kalkhoven (can't spell his last name, KK for short) resigned today very unexpectedly. No bad news and no particular reason given. The CC was very positive and revenue guidance was raised 5%. But the market does not like surprises. I was trying to gather information as to why he quit. Could not find anything but ended up selling 1/2 my position as a precaution. Stock dropped around 6 points.

Thomas a question for you, actually 2: Do you make your decision on a MA crossover or MA match? Is it enough if the 2 averages are equal or does one have to be greater?

Have you ever entered a position a day after a crossover? For example would you short DIGL tomorrow even though the crossover occurred 2 points higher?

TIA
Marshall
