Sam,

We've been here before, but about 10 times worse.
What doesn't kill me just makes me stronger.

I understand that an Oppenheimer analyst totally deflated the stock today based on an interview on CNBC. When was the last time you heard someone come out positive on a stock's potential and in the same breath set a lower target price than the current deeply depressed market value? That is so patently absurd.

We are over $110 points below the all-time high and she wants to punish the stock more. That is shameful. I would like to see her publish her buy transactions for the last few weeks and for the few weeks to follow.

Just another clear cut example of how analysts will stoop to no end to establish a position.

Where are Dan Niles and Mark Edelstone when we need them?

Aus

Looks like SNDK is trying to compel something (possible a deposition or documents) and were given til 5/30 to do so. Now Lexar wants the decision reconsidered.
