Spek, Incy may be a good long term investment, but it has worked so great as a trading sardine that I have to keep it in the little fish cabinet. <g>

do you have any thoughts on the pending litigation between AFFX and INCY. I remember when the issue first came to light INCY really hit the skids. I almost loaded up then and kept thinking about it on its way up to 70. After that i was just amazed and wrote it off. Now I'm considering the possibility of buying a few shares. Any further insights you have would be appreciated.
