Hunter, Thanks for taking time out and posting some factual information rather than adding to investor panic by posting fragmented information. I would have contributed, but didn't have the information in front of me. I had a vague recollection that a threshhold level of stock ownership was required. We discussed the possibility of SEG becoming a more active partner (and even acquiring the company) some time ago. When Mulvaney was ousted from the BOD I assumed that SEG planned to divest, just didn't know they would completely liquidate shares. Ausdauer
