I just received the following response to my e-mail to SNDK regarding the joint cooperation agreement:

"The joint cooperation agreement has been terminated, and Seagate has neither the right, nor the intention to sell any of SanDisk's products."

Nuf said.

does anyone know exactly when that ONE YEAR'S ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE went into effect? or is everyone speculating?
