His problem is that he can't sue the truth. It is all in the public record about his run in with the NASD. Some fella, eh? A real humanitarian, taking money from a disabled woman when he was a broker. The NASD record says that he put it in his wife's account.

His answer is that it was a kangaroo court, but lo and behold he has never paid the woman back. Wouldn't you think if it was a mistake the woman would have her money back by now? Wouldn't that be how an honest person would act if they discovered that some money from a client mistakenly ended up in their wife's account?

Because in doing so, John and Company would be ordered by the court to have company information available to the defense attorneys; this won't happen, that's the last thing this company wants IMO.
