Allen, if I can jump in here, I think the problem is not going to be dilution. The problem with a secondary distribution is that the COMS shareholders are likely to dump their shares of PALM further depressing the stock price.

Allen, pls post the link to that WSJ article. Hundred of million of extra coms shares flooding the market doesn't sound like reasonable to me.
