Ah, there you are. I'm hoping you can clear something up for us. A few days ago X posted this: Unregualted capitalism has done just that. Cost benefit. How many people can we kill to make a defect not worth fixing. How much can we cut back on maintenance before the bottom line is affected negatively? Don't be naive. These types of calculations go on in most industries. Look at the drug industry and orphan drugs. Please, capitalism kills like any other social system- it's always a choice of who gets to die and who gets to live, who gets to live badly and who gets to live well.
