Beige Book does not come out quarterly, and is not put out (exclusively) by the St. Louis Fed. (It is put out by any of the 12 Fed branches). (It is also NOT a money supply "thing;" it is a current (nationwide) business condition "thing"). If you go to the Fed's main website : bog.frb.fed.us and then dig further to : federalreserve.gov you can read about the Beige Book. Jon.
